Our story
Built with gemologists, not marketers
Apex Certificates was founded by gemologists, growers and jewellers tired of watching extraordinary stones arrive with unremarkable paperwork.
Every stone is graded blind against one fixed standard. Two further gemologists regrade without sight of the first assessment, and where they disagree beyond tolerance the conservative grade stands. Nobody involved in pricing or selling a stone takes part in grading it — so objectivity is structural, not promised.
